When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, country, application, product requirements and the page used to submit the request.
Anonymous website analytics
We use privacy-focused first-party analytics to measure page views, anonymous visitors, traffic sources, country or region codes and device categories. We do not store raw IP addresses, exclude administrator traffic and common automated bots, and respect browser Do Not Track signals.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, communicate about products or projects, improve inquiry handling and protect the website from spam or abuse.
Company and public email addresses
Business email required. For B2B project inquiries, please use your company email address. Public email services such as Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook are not accepted. Temporary or disposable email addresses are not accepted. A company’s own domain remains eligible when its email is hosted by Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or another provider.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell inquiry data. Information may be retained for sales follow-up, project records, security and legal obligations, and shared only with service providers needed to operate the website or respond to the inquiry.
